1. Controller and scope
Prime Complex Solutions S.R.L., a company incorporated under Romanian law, trading as Prime Axis, with registered office at Str. Nerva Traian 27-33, birou 6, sc. B, et. 1, sector 3, Bucuresti, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2025080524002, fiscal identification code RO52741279 (the "Company"), is the controller in respect of the processing described in this policy.
This policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website primeaxis.ro and is issued in accordance with Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, as transposed by Law no. 506/2004, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

2. Definition
Cookies are files placed on the terminal equipment of the user by the website visited, permitting the website to operate, to maintain its security, and, where the user consents, to record data concerning use of the website. Similar technologies, including local storage, operate to comparable effect and are subject to this policy.
Session cookies are erased upon closure of the browser. Persistent cookies remain on the terminal equipment until expiry or deletion by the user.
3. Categories of cookies used
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are placed by the hosting platform and are required for the operation of the website, supporting its core functionality, security, and load balancing.
Their placement is exempt from the requirement of consent under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, as transposed by Law no. 506/2004, being strictly necessary for the provision of the service expressly requested by the user. To the extent that their use involves the processing of personal data, that processing is founded on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest of the Company in operating a functional and secure website.
These cookies cannot be disabled through the consent banner. Blocking them by means of browser settings may impair the operation of the website.
3.2 Analytics cookies
These are the statistical cookies provided by the hosting platform and are used to establish aggregated data concerning use of the website, including the pages visited and the paths taken through the site.
They are placed only following the express consent of the user, obtained as described in section 4. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, as transposed by Law no. 506/2004. Refusal has no effect upon the availability or functioning of the website.
3.3 Categories not used
The website does not employ advertising cookies, marketing or tracking pixels, third-party analytics services, or social media trackers. No cookie placed by this website is used to construct a profile of the user or to track the user across other websites.
4. Consent
A consent banner is displayed upon the first visit to the website. Cookies other than those which are strictly necessary, together with the scripts placing them, are blocked until the user expresses a choice.
The banner permits the user to accept non-essential cookies, to refuse them, or to determine preferences by category. Refusal is effected by the same means and with the same facility as acceptance. Consent is not inferred from continued browsing, scrolling, or inaction.
5. Withdrawal and modification of consent
Consent may be withdrawn or modified at any time, by the same means and with the same facility as it was given, by reopening the consent banner through the revisit function available on the website.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to it. Following withdrawal, no further analytics cookies are placed; cookies already stored on the terminal equipment may be removed by means of browser settings, as described in section 6.
6. Browser settings
Independently of the consent banner, browser settings permit the user to inspect stored cookies, to delete them in whole or in part, to block cookies from all or from specified websites, and to be notified before a cookie is placed. These controls are ordinarily situated within the privacy or security settings of the browser, instructions being published by each provider.
Settings apply solely to the browser and terminal equipment upon which they are established. The blocking or deletion of strictly necessary cookies may impair the operation of the website.
7. Relationship to the Privacy Policy
This policy is to be read together with the Privacy Policy, which sets out the categories of personal data processed by the Company, the purposes and legal bases of the processing, the storage periods applied, and the rights of the data subject, including the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoritatea Nationala de Supraveghere a Prelucrarii Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP).
